We welcome dogs or cats per apartment home. The pet deposit is $300 along with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. No weight limit restrictions however aggressive breeds are prohibited.

From Hwy 610: Drive east on the North Loop Freeway toward Airline Drive. Merge onto I-45 South. Continue and merge onto TX-288 South via EXIT 46B toward Lake Jackson/Freeport/US-59 S/Victoria. Exit Holly Hall Street and turn right onto Holly Hall Street. Turn right onto Ardmore Street. Avanti Cityside will be on the right.
From I-10 Hwy: Drive west on the Katy Freeway toward Oxford Street. Turn left onto Heights Blvd. Turn at the first left onto the Katy Freeway. Merge onto I-10 E/US-90 E (left ramp). Merge onto I-45 South via EXIT 768B on the left toward Galveston. Merge onto TX-288 South via EXIT 46B toward Lake Jackson/Freeport/US-59 S/Victoria. Exit Holly Hall Street and turn right onto Holly Hall Street. Turn right onto Ardmore Street. Avanti Cityside will be on the right.
